• "IEPFZone" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Investor Zone & Unlisted Zone, the operator of the IEPFZone platform.
• "User" / "You" / "Client" refers to any individual or entity accessing our Website or using our services.
• "Services" refers to IEPF claim filing, share recovery, dematerialisation, transmission of shares, mutual fund recovery, insurance claim recovery, and related consultancy services.
• "Website" refers to iepfzone.com and all associated subdomains.

By accessing our Website or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

IEPFZone is a professional services firm that assists investors and legal heirs in:

• Filing claims with the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.
• Recovering unclaimed shares, dividends, and matured deposits.
• Dematerialisation of physical shares and transmission of shares.
• Recovery of mutual fund investments and insurance claims.
• Providing consultancy and documentation support for the above.

Important: We are an independent professional services firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of SEBI, the IEPF Authority, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), or any government body. All claims are filed in your name, and the final decision rests with the respective regulatory authority.

• Our service fees vary based on the complexity and nature of the case. Fees will be communicated to you in writing before commencement of work.
• Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or success-based) will be specified in your service agreement.
• Government fees, RTA charges, stamp duty, and other statutory costs are separate and borne by the client.
• All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in your service agreement or required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify our fee structure; however, agreed fees for ongoing engagements shall remain unchanged.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.
• Promptly respond to requests for additional documents or clarifications.
• Cooperate with regulatory authorities, company RTAs, and our team during the claim process.
• Notify us immediately of any changes in your contact details or circumstances.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to file fraudulent claims.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee the success of any IEPF claim, share recovery, or other application. The approval of claims depends on regulatory authorities and is beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government offices, RTAs, postal services, or third parties.
• Investments in securities are subject to market risks. We do not provide investment advice.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IEPFZone or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
